Returns Policy

Goods returned within 7 days for credit will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with us. All returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee and will only be accepted if returned in original condition, in original packaging with all original instruction booklets, warranty cards and documents. If the returned item has been used in any way, it will be deemed to be second hand and therefore no credit will be issued.

All made-to-order, custom-manufactured, or special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once production has commenced or the order has been processed with our suppliers, these orders cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind.

If your goods are damaged or defective in any way, other than from transport damage, please contact us at info@mplastics.com.au as soon as possible listing your contact name, address, phone and fax numbers our invoice number and details of the fault. We will respond to you within 1-2 business days.
