HOW DO I PURCHASE GOODS?
Due to the complex nature of freight costs, we do not process payments online. We encourage you to select your products and submit the cart, like a normal checkout only without payment being taken. Once we have confirmed freight costs, we will email you a quote including shipping fee. Once you have accepted the quote and pay for the goods, the order will be confirmed.

 

HOW CAN I PAY?
We currently accept payments by


Bank Transfer, Visa and Mastercard.

Is there an order minimum?
All orders are required to be a minimum of $300.00 excluding GST and shipping fees. Product minimums vary across our range, please refer to minimum order quantity listed on the product page for further information.

All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) excluding GST.

 

HOW do i know if a product is in stock?
Once you submit a cart to be quoted, we will check availability provide you with this information when we email through the quote. If an item is not in stock we can provide a timeframe of when we expect it to be available again.

 

What shipping company do you use?
We use several different freight companies depending on what the goods are and where they are going to.

 

HOW LONG AFTER PAYING WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER
We endeavour to get all order shipped within 3-4 day from receipt of payment.
